Mississippi 1902 $20 National Currency The Pascagoula National Bank of Moss Point S/N 1061 |
Raw Fine-Very Fine | Fr. 644. Vernon/Treat. A bank, according to Kelly, from which there are only eight large notes known. This note is one of two date back twenties with this one being the best of the two! Strong signatures which unfortunately were written in red so have faded some, but overall a fine to very fine note! Scarce!  |

1934A $500 Federal Reserve Note New York S/N B00273727A |
CGA Gem Uncirculated 67 | Fr. 2202-B. Julian/Morgenthau.
This high denomination note is a major opportunity for the serious buyer of means since it has magnificent surfaces and crisp paper. The colors are vivid on both front and back. In the days when $500 bills were still being issued (up to 1946), this amount of money was such that two $500 bills would buy you a new, if modest, automobile! Their mystique lingers in spite of the debasement in America's money since we went off the gold standard.   |

1914 $5 Federal Reserve Notes Cut Sheet of Four Notes |
PMG Choice Uncirculated 64, Gem Uncirculated 65 and Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ | Fr. 855a. S/N C95742381A, C95742382A, C95742383A, C95742384A. Finding a nice cut sheet can be a tough endeavor these days. This beautifully original cut sheet of 1914 Five Dollar notes are bright and gracefully margined. The lone 64 is centered slightly low preventing the Gem grade, however, the other notes are well balanced and inviting. Finding a sheet with better quality, however, would be an admirable challenge. All have been designated by PMG as having Exceptional Paper Quality!  |
